My Moon: moonlight

” The moon and it’s light”.

Its been a while, quite long, as the day grew old (sunset) and the moon, forever young; beautiful as ever, rising, in the night.

My moon, in the night,

it’s been some time,

since  we talked;

in each others sight.

My moon I have missed you,

though you might have not.

My feelings to kiss you,

to embracing you, my love

close to my  heart;

maybe not.

My moon, in the night,

the bright star of my sight,

as I gaze upon your beauty;

so mesmerized.

My moon,  in the night.

What do I want from you?

Being a common bandit,

I’ll steal your beauty;

though I  rather just gaze at you all night.

My moon I’m so confused,

not knowing what to call

my obsession for you;

love or stupidity.

My moon, in the night.
